Private Coaching with Helen
A personalized, high-touch coaching experience designed to help you proactively take charge of your life—so you finally have more control over your time and energy, and feel fully present, at peace, and confident.
This isn't a short-lived program with an expiration date. It's an ongoing coaching relationship, grounded in my WISE Method curriculum, and built to support you through whatever your 30s throw at you.
All clients start with the 30s Life Design Assessment ($197). We'll map where you are across all 7 areas of life, identify your leverage point, and discuss whether private coaching is your next step.
Inside the W.I.S.E. Method: Your Coaching Curriculum
The WISE Method is the curriculum I walk every new client through. It's the foundation we build together in your first three months of coaching. We start here because it gives you clarity, tools, and systems that carry through everything that comes next in our partnership.
WHAT MATTERS
🧭 Get Clear on What You Really Want
Right now, it might feel like you’re watching your life pass you by.
You’re busy checking off all the boxes—building a solid career, keeping up with friends and family, trying to stay healthy, but something still feels off. You’re not actually moving forward in a way that excites or fulfills you.
This is why so many smart women stay stuck in jobs, routines, and expectations that no longer feel right. But the problem isn’t that you’re lost. It’s that you haven’t had the space or tools to get clear on what you truly want or be radically honest about how you’re really doing.
In this first phase, we’ll cut through the noise and help you define what actually matters to you—so every decision aligns with your top value, strengths, and vision rather than external expectations.
Because real progress isn’t possible until you know what you truly want, who you really are, and how you’re actually doing. No more feeling stuck or living on autopilot.
Once you get clear on these, everything else—your decisions, your boundaries, your next steps—will feel more natural, aligned, and intentional.
What We’ll Cover:
Visualize your compelling future and create your identity statement to anchor who you truly are and pull you toward what you want
Pinpoint your #1 core value and character strengths to use as your North Star
Get radically honest with how you’re really doing across 7 key areas of life, choose one focus area, and set a clear goal for your first 12 weeks
INNER STRENGTH
⚡️ Build an Unshakable Mindset
Now you know what you want, but something keeps holding you back.
Maybe you overthink every decision, put intense pressure on yourself, or feel like you have to be productive all the time. Maybe you struggle to relax, feel guilty when you’re not doing enough, or feel scared to make a change.
These aren’t random struggles. They’re ingrained habits built over years of achievement, people-pleasing, and external expectations.
Clarity alone isn’t enough. If your mindset doesn’t shift, nothing else will.
In this second phase, we’ll rewire self-sabotaging thought patterns, stop the guilt and self-doubt, and help you take back control. You’ll learn to set boundaries without guilt, and confidently say no to what drains you, and finally stop beating yourself up.
And while mindset work is an ongoing process, this phase will give you the awareness, inner strength, and tools to start shifting those patterns even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.
You’ll start showing up differently—more grounded, confident, and unfazed!
What We’ll Cover:
Identify the self-sabotage patterns and beliefs keeping you stuck (e.g., perfectionism, pressure to achieve, people-pleasing)
Name your “Barking Dog” (negative mental noise that never shuts up) and learn to shift negative thought patterns to empowering ones
Understand how thoughts create emotions & actions and what to do instead
SMART SYSTEMS
✅ Create a System for Lasting Success
By now, you’ve gained clarity on what truly matters and built the mindset to take action. But without the right systems in place, it’s easy to slip back into old habits, overcommit, and lose momentum.
This third phase is about making your progress sustainable.
Instead of constantly feeling drained, anxious about time, or unsure where your energy is going, you’ll create routines and enjoyable rituals that keep you focused, energized, and in control.
You’ll learn how to prioritize what actually fuels you and build a daily rhythm that keeps you healthy and present, not just productive. You’ll stop scrambling to optimize every moment and start structuring your time in a way that keeps you grounded, aligned, and in flow.
We do this last because without a system and consistent action, even the best intentions fade.
This phase helps you lock in what you’ve built, so you have a strong foundation to keep building on—session after session, month after month.
What We’ll Cover:
Identify what energizes vs. drains you and start prioritizing the right things
Strengthen your health foundation: eating, sleeping, and movement
Design your Morning & Night Energizers and prepare for distractions & dopamine urges
Celebrate progress daily, weekly, and monthly with powerful reflection & planning
EXPAND
🚀 Expand on What You’ve Built—And Keep Going
By now, you’ve gained clarity, built inner strength, and created systems that actually support your life. But transformation doesn't stop when the curriculum wraps—it deepens with practice.
This final phase of the WISE curriculum is about reinforcing your new way of living, staying anchored in what matters, and expanding into the next level of alignment.
These sessions help you stay focused, work through new challenges, and continue growing with support, not pressure.
This is where we work through real-life decisions, unexpected changes, or moments that could otherwise derail you—so you don’t spiral, stall, or slip back into old patterns.
We use this time to strengthen your habits, reflect on your progress, and turn everything you’ve learned into how you live, not just what you practiced for a few weeks.
It's not just about finishing the curriculum strong. It's about making this your new normal—and continuing the work in our ongoing partnership.
WHAT WE’LL COVER:
Refine your systems and habits to stay aligned as life evolves
Talk through real-life situations and apply what you’ve learned
Troubleshoot emotional dips, pressure triggers, or motivation slumps
Set your intentions for what's next in our coaching work together
All clients start with the 30s Life Design Assessment ($197). We'll map where you are across all 7 areas of life, identify your leverage point, and discuss whether private coaching is your next step.

Real Results from Women in Finance—Just Like You
Before working with me, many of my clients felt drained, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. But through structured support and coaching, they saw a dramatic rise in clarity, confidence, and energy.
VP in Sales & Trading at Goldman SachS
"Working with Helen completely shifted my sense of agency, putting me firmly back in the driver's seat. At work, I'm confidently leading client meetings, communicating my needs, and tackling my goals with clarity. That heavy, complicated feeling is gone, replaced by genuine optimism, forward momentum, and a calm, centered energy. I feel like me again."
-
When I turned 30, my life looked perfect on paper: an Ivy League degree, a prestigious role at Goldman Sachs, a beautiful marriage, and financial security. But internally, I felt stuck, jaded, and disconnected. I felt like I was going through the motions, living someone else’s version of success, and constantly benchmarking myself against how I should feel. I was caught in a victim mentality, blaming my demanding career for my unhappiness and putting off my real life—like investing time in my family—until some hypothetical day when I quit my job and things got easier. I craved depth and authenticity but felt like I was watching life pass me by without maximizing my true potential.
Working with Helen completely shifted my sense of agency, putting me firmly back in the driver's seat. Instead of letting things happen to me, I am now living intentionally and aligned with my values. At work, I'm confidently leading client meetings, communicating my needs, and tackling my goals with clarity. On a personal level, I’ve empowered myself to embrace having fun again, even trying out beginner hip-hop and joining a social tennis league. I’m more open to change and more excited about the future. That heavy, complicated feeling is gone, replaced by genuine optimism, forward momentum, and a calm, centered energy. I feel like me again.
Other women in finance will love working with Helen because she truly gets it in a way only someone who has walked in our shoes can. You can feel her genuine thought and care in everything she does; it is abundantly clear that this isn't just a job to her. If you are a high-achieving, driven woman who feels stuck and is craving a richer, more authentic life, Helen’s holistic approach will help you build a stronger sense of self and finally get back in the driver's seat.
VP in Equities at Morgan Stanley
"Helen met me where I was, helped me work through the decisions I had to make, and helped me bring my best energy. In the time I worked with her, I found a new partner and a new job in a different city. Through all of that change, she supported me to understand, remember, and prioritize what's most important to me."
-
I started working with Helen at a time when I was feeling uncertain about almost everything in my life: work, dating, where I wanted to live.... I was recovering from a heartbreak and wanting to find the strength to move on. I enjoyed my job and worked hard but felt uncertain about my path there.
Helen met me where I was at the time, helped me work through the decisions I had to make around the aspects of my life that were in my control, and helped me to bring my best energy and to trust God with the rest. In the time I worked with her, I found a new partner and a new job in a different city. Through all of that change, she supported me to help me understand, remember and prioritize those things that are most important to me, and keep working to build the strongest, best version of myself.
I'd recommend this journey to anyone who wants to really examine their own goals and ambitions, or find them if they aren't sure what they are. If you keep trying to learn and grow but feel like you're stuck in a rut, or keep making progress or falling down, Helen's methodical and practical approach will help you build the tools you need to bring the energy that you want to your day to day life, and to be more resilient as you live it.

“In a nutshell, all I can say is: wow, mind-blowing experience. Before working with Helen, I felt stressed, exhausted, and stuck. Less than halfway through our work, a coworker noticed my 'glow' on a Zoom call and said he hadn't seen it in years. Everyone needs a Helen in their life!”

In a nutshell, all I can say is: wow, mind-blowing experience.
I cannot begin to explain how easy Helen is to talk to! She just brought a sense of zen/peace to every session and I loved how spiritual and uplifting she was. Even on my worse days, I remembered she was rooting for me to succeed!
She is very dedicated to you during coaching, extremely organized and focused during the sessions, does work both before and afterwards and even starts each session with some uplifting music to just lift your mood.
Less than half-way through coaching, my coworkers began to notice a difference in my mood and one even told me I had a "glow" he hadn't seen in years during a Zoom call....it was all her doing! :)
Before working with Helen I felt very stressed, with no energy and perpetually exhausted. I struggled with work/life balance working from home during the pandemic and just found myself in a real rut and stuck. I wasn't sleeping well and relied heavily on coffee to get through the day. After just a few coaching sessions with Helen, I didn't even realize it, but I stopped having more than one coffee a day, sleep through the night and just feel more energized, positive, empowered... and most importantly... balanced!
Helen taught me to shift my perception and language. Instead of saying I'm stressed at work or overwhelmed, I started saying I'm in demand or being challenged. That alone helped me feel less anxious and made work so much more manageable.
I focused on self-care, I brought back routines (which I love) and overall am just feeling more confident! She reminded me to celebrate the little 'wins' and I often find myself patting myself on the back in the middle of my day and smiling!
Everyone needs a Helen in their life!

FAQ: What You Might Be Wondering
-
There's no shortage of coaches out there. Here's why working with me is different.
I've lived the pattern you're in. I spent 8 years at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President, Co-Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Operations Engineering—a 1,500-person organization with a $450 million budget. I chased the career, the apartment, the check-marks, and felt stuck. I pivoted to culinary school, cooked in top Michelin-starred restaurants in New York including Eleven Madison Park and The Modern, thinking a new career would fix it. It didn't. I learned the hard way that changing jobs doesn't fix the quietly-jaded feeling. I don't just understand your challenges—I've lived them. And I can guide you through what actually works.
I've distilled what actually works into a proven process. For 7 years I've studied with top mentors and tested methodologies on myself and my clients. The WISE Method is built from what moves the needle— clarity, mindset, systems, and expansion—not theory.
I walk my talk. I use the same tools I teach. I'm not perfect, and I don't pretend to be. What I offer is the structure and honesty to help you get out of your own way.
Coaching is about fit. If what you've read resonates, I'd love to work with you.

Both coaching and therapy can help you move forward. They just work differently.
Therapy often focuses on understanding the past—why patterns formed, how they’ve shaped you, what needs healing—and many therapists lead with deep listening, reflection, and helping you make sense of your inner world.
Coaching is more active, practical, and future-focused. We don’t just talk about what’s happening. We build. Together, we get clear on what you actually want, make decisions, design systems, create concrete plans, track progress, and hold you accountable.
I also take a more engaged and directive role. I don’t believe my job is simply to listen, reflect, or stay completely neutral. My job is to bring my wisdom, frameworks, discernment, and lived experience to help you navigate challenges more powerfully. That means I’ll ask hard questions, challenge blind spots, offer practical tools, and sometimes tell you what I’m seeing when you need honesty more than comfort.
One of my clients put it well: she wanted something more tangible than therapy alone, so she chose to do both. That’s actually quite common. Many of my clients see a therapist and work with me at the same time because the two can complement each other beautifully. Others have already done deep healing work and are now ready for the next kind of growth.

Great question—and it's one I've thought about a lot, because I actually use AI in my own work. I use it for session prep, brainstorming different angles on a client challenge, organizing my notes, and sharpening my thinking.
So here's my honest answer: AI is a useful thinking partner. It is not a replacement for a coach.
When you work with me, I see your face on the Zoom call. I catch the hesitation in your voice, the micro-expression when you say you're "fine," the pattern that's been forming over our last several sessions. I bring instincts that come from hundreds of hours sitting with real women in real transitions. I challenge you when you need it, hold space when you don't, and pull in the specific tool or framework that fits the moment.
AI can't do that. What AI is genuinely useful for is fast reframes, quick journaling prompts when you're spinning at 11pm, or summarizing a hard week into something more readable. It's a helpful thinking tool on its own.
But here's the catch: AI coaching only works if you feed it deep, consistent, honest context about your life. Most people don't. Either because of privacy hesitation, or because typing out your inner world into a chat interface is genuinely hard to do well, and you'd have to do it every single time.
With a coach, you get human connection, pattern recognition, and real accountability with me — plus the benefit of a coach who uses AI strategically to serve you better.
-
Coaching works if you show up and do the work. That's the honest answer.
I bring the structure, the tools, the challenge, and the care. You bring the willingness to be honest with yourself and take action between sessions. If you're someone who takes ownership of your life and is ready to move, coaching will work for you.
My clients have seen their physical, emotional, and mental energy move from an average of 4 to 9 (on a 10-point scale) through our work together. That kind of shift is possible for you too.
If you're not sure this is the right fit, scroll up to the “Is This Coaching Program right for you?” section. That’ll help you decide.
-
Coaching is an investment. It's not a small one. And I'm not going to give you a cheesy ROI pitch.
Here's how I'd actually think about it: the $1,200/month isn't really about what I'm worth. It's about what you're up to. You're a high-performing woman in finance in your 30s—the decade when careers, relationships, identity, and what you want out of life are all getting rewritten at once. The stakes are high. The decisions you make now will shape the next decade.
The real question isn't whether coaching is worth $1,200 a month. It's whether having a trusted coach in your corner—someone helping you get clearer on what you actually want, rewire the patterns holding you back, and build a life that feels aligned, not just impressive is worth more than that to you. For most of my clients, it's worth far more. But you're the one who gets to decide.
If you're not sure whether coaching is for you, the 30s Life Design Assessment is a low-risk way to find out. It's a single session where we'll figure out where you actually are and whether private coaching is the right next step.
-
Maybe. But most of my clients have already tried.
They've read the books, taken the courses, listened to the podcasts. Some have worked with executive coaches or career coaches through their firm. They're smart, resourceful, and used to figuring things out. And yet, something still isn't clicking.
Because it's rarely a lack of information that holds us back and executive or career coaching usually only addresses one layer: the career. What I've noticed is that the women I coach aren't actually stuck on their careers. They're stuck because no one has helped them look at their whole life—work, health, relationships, energy, meaning—together.
Most of us know what to do. We just don't consistently do it. We get stuck overthinking, second-guessing, or quietly hoping the next job or promotion will fix what's really going on.
What my coaching gives you isn't more information. It's a strategic partner who sees your blind spots across all of it, challenges the patterns keeping you stuck, and holds you accountable to what you say matters.
You can figure it out alone. You can also do it faster, with more clarity and less self-doubt, with a coach.
-
The minimum weekly time commitment is about one hour—the length of a Netflix episode, and far more useful than most of your meetings.
Here's the breakdown:
1:1 coaching via Zoom: 50 minutes
Pre-session questionnaire: 5 minutes
Post-session reflection: 5 minutes
Implementing what we discussed: this part is up to you
The real transformation happens between sessions as you apply what we work on.
If you're thinking "my schedule is already packed"—I get it. But ask yourself:
Is this a temporary busy season? If you're in an unusually hectic stretch, we can time your start for when it settles.
Or are you always busy? If "busy" is your default setting, this is exactly the time to learn how to take charge of your time and stop feeling reactive.
The time passes either way. Where do you want to be 6 months from now? A year from now? Still stuck or intentionally moving toward the life you want?
-
It varies, and often it's longer than clients initially expect.
Many of my clients start with the first 12 weeks of the WISE Method and plan to "just get clear"—but as they level up in their careers, how they manage their time, their energy, and their relationships, they realize they don't want to stop. The work deepens as they grow.
That's the whole point. As you level up—and trust me, you will—the questions change. The challenges change. The opportunities change. What you needed in your first quarter of coaching is different from what you'll need six months in, or a year in. That's exactly when having a trusted coach in your corner matters most.
I'm not saying this because I want to keep you as a client forever. That wouldn't be in integrity. I believe selling is simply offering value. As long as I have tools, insights, and guidance that can help you keep growing, I'll make that available. You decide if it's time to continue or step away.
Some of my friends from my own growth community have worked with the same coach for 3+ years—not because they "need" it, but because having that person in their corner keeps them aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
You stay as long as it serves you. No set endpoint. No pressure to extend. Just an open door for as long as you want to keep growing and leveling up.
-
Because life isn't a fixed package. And because I don't want you paying for coaching you haven't received, or feeling trapped in a program that no longer fits.
A monthly model respects your autonomy — you choose to continue each month because the work is serving you. That also means the responsibility is on me to make every session worth it. I like that accountability.
-
Yes. I ask for 30 days' notice so we can wrap up cleanly, but there are no long-term contracts. You stay because you want to stay.
-
Yes, because what you'll learn becomes part of how you live, not just something you did for a period of time.
That's why the WISE Method isn't quick tactics you'll forget in a month. The final phase, Expand, specifically solidifies your new patterns into real life—so the clarity, mindset, and systems we develop together stay with you.
Here's something I've noticed: what feels like a 10/10 level of success today might feel like an 8 once you've grown into your next level. Not because you're never satisfied, but because you know there's always more. More ease, more alignment, more fulfillment. That's why many of my clients choose to continue working together month-to-month after the foundation is in place.
You walk away with a stronger sense of who you are and how to live aligned with that. That doesn’t fade.

Confidentiality is a top priority. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Coach in multiple specialties, I take this seriously.
Everything we discuss (our conversations, your progress, your challenges) stays between us. The only exceptions are the rare cases required by law, such as a court-issued subpoena or an immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else.
A note on how I handle client testimonials and success stories: I intentionally do not share client names (or even initials) to protect your privacy. For many of my clients, coaching is their quiet edge, and they prefer no association between their name and the work we do together. I respect that fully. When I share testimonials, I use only the client's role and firm (for example, "VP in Sales & Trading at Goldman Sachs") for credibility, and nothing more.
You can feel completely safe to share openly here.
